When do you refund a paid listing?
Paid listings are non-refundable. The only exception: if we reject or take down your listing, you get a full refund.

Refunds are not given
Once you've paid for a listing, the purchase is not refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
We take down your listing
If our team rejects or removes your paid listing, you'll receive a full refund automatically to the original payment method. We'll also issue a credit note. If you paid in crypto, we'll ask for a payout address before processing the refund.
Payment is disputed
If a payment is disputed or reversed, any listings bought with that order are taken down while the dispute is open. Once the dispute resolves in our favour, your listing can be restored. If the dispute goes against you, the listings stay down.
For the full terms, see our payment and refund policy.
