• When do you refund a paid listing?

  Paid listings are non-refundable. The only exception: if we reject or take down your listing, you get a full refund.

• What VAT and invoices apply to your order

  VAT is added where due at checkout. Enter a VAT number to reverse charge. Invoices are emailed and archived in your account.

  Take ownership of your company's listing on the calendar and earn the Verified badge by proving domain control.

• How do I edit my listing once it's live?

  Update your description, tagline, FAQs and links yourself. Changes appear on the calendar immediately when you save.

  Unsubscribe from notices, update your sign-in address, or request account deletion and data removal.

• Why is my listing held waiting for founder profile?

  A listing goes live only once the profile owner's founder profile is complete. Here's what you need to set up.

• How leaderboards rank launches on What Is Launching

  Three leaderboards track launches by votes, paid placement and domain authority. Launch of the Week badges go to top performers each Monday–Sunday cycle.

• What gets you voting rights on launch day?

  Sign in to vote once per launch. Votes stay earned—they're never for sale, separate from paid features.
