VAT on the payment page
Prices shown are before VAT. On the payment page, you'll see the total due including any VAT that applies.
VAT is added only where due:
- UK customers: 20 percent UK VAT is charged.
- EU businesses: If you enter a valid VAT number (checked against VIES), reverse charge applies and no VAT is added.
- EU consumers: VAT at your country's rate is charged.
- Everywhere else: No UK VAT is charged.
Entering a VAT number
Add your VAT number at checkout or later in /account/billing. If the EU VIES service cannot verify it at that moment, VAT will be charged and you'll be notified. You can update it to claim back VAT if the check succeeds later.
Accessing your invoices
Invoices are issued by Zinn Digital® Ltd (UK) and emailed to you after payment. Find all invoices and credit notes as PDFs in /account/invoices.
