FAQ

What is Re:Sell?

Re:Sell is Skiddle's official resale platform that allows customers to return and resell their tickets. Customers can contact Skiddle to request that their tickets be resold through Skiddle's sales channels at face value. If successful, they receive a refund of the face value and the tickets are transferred to the new customer. If not sold, the tickets are returned to the original customer.

What are the benefits of using Re:Sell?

Re:Sell provides verified genuine tickets with no risk of fraud, prevents ticket touting by only allowing resale at face value, processes refunds in an official and timely manner, and helps reduce ticket touts and disappointments compared to unofficial resale channels.

Does it cost anything to use Re:Sell?

No, it is free to resell your tickets through Re:Sell.

Can I set the resale price for my ticket?

No, you cannot set the resale price. Tickets are sold at the current face value to remain fair to all customers. If your tickets are resold, you receive a refund for the face value of the tickets you originally paid.

What is Cool:Off?

Cool:Off is Skiddle's flexible ticketing option that enables a 72-hour window for customers to return their tickets with participating events for a refund if their plans change.
