FAQ

How does the free trial work?

It's free to set up a Box office, and Ticket Tailor is free to use for your first five ticket sales. Once your sixth ticket purchase comes through the standard Pay As You Sell rate begins. You can move to Pre Paid Credits at any time through the Billing section.

Can I pass ticketing fees on to my customers?

Yes. You can add any booking fee you like to the ticket price, which means all your fees are covered and you keep the entire face value of the ticket price. You're in total control of what customers pay.

How does prepaid credits pricing work?

Paying upfront for credits allows you to pay lower fees per ticket sold. One paid ticket sold equals one credit used. Credits can be used over an unlimited time period. Auto-renewal can be set up monthly or when credits fall below 25. Payment processing fees still apply separately.

What discount do charities get?

Registered charities get 50% off Ticket Tailor fees permanently. After creating an account, head to the Billing page and follow the instructions. You'll need a scanned copy of an official document showing charitable status, including a charity registration or identification number.
