- Is Tito available in my country?
- Tito can be used in any country where Stripe or PayPal are available, supporting 139 currencies. However, you need to use one of their supported payment gateways to sell paid tickets, and some payment gateways are region-specific.
- Why are there two fees?
- Tito charges a fee to use all event management features. The payment gateway, such as Stripe or PayPal, charges a separate fee for processing ticket payments.
- When will I receive my funds?
- Funds are sent directly to your bank account by your chosen payment gateway, so Tito never holds or delays your money. The exact timing depends on the payment gateway. Stripe, for example, pays out on a rolling basis every 2-7 days.
