Are there hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees to sell tickets on Universe. For paid tickets, there is a service fee and payment processing fee applied to the ticket price. You can choose to absorb the fees into the ticket price or pass them to buyers.

Can I pass Universe fees to my buyers?

Yes, you can pass all fees to your buyers. Using the fee structure dropdown on your event's Payments & Fees tab, you can select to pass fees to the buyer, which will appear as a separate line item at checkout.

Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits?

Yes, registered nonprofits and charities can request special pricing. Once approved, you receive a referral code to enter in the basic information section when creating your event.
