How do reviews, comments and follows work?

On the calendar: who writes what
Founders with a live listing can write reviews of other products. You need to sign in, confirm your email, and have your own listing live. Each product can be reviewed once by you, and reviews go live straight away—no approval needed. A review must be at least 80 characters.
Product reviews on the schedule
What Is Launching lines up its Product reviews at /reviews ("Product reviews" in the footer once one is booked), latest slot first. Each was commissioned and paid for by the maker, carries that label and cannot be edited by the maker. Community reviews keep their slot on each launch.
Replies from listing owners
The product owner, or a team manager with access, can post one public reply under each review. They can edit or delete it later. When they publish a reply, the reviewer gets notified.
Comment on any launch
Signed-in visitors with confirmed email can comment on launches and reply to other comments. No listing required.
Report what breaks the rules
Use the Report link on any listing, review, reply or comment. If 3 different people report a review or comment, it hides pending our team's check. Reported listings are always reviewed by our team; they do not hide automatically.
Follow and stay updated
Follow a founder, company or product with the Follow button. You'll see their news in your notices—set frequency and delivery at /account/notifications. Posted updates appear on the listing and all together at /updates.
Share a launch
Each launch has a share page with ready-to-paste text for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp and email, plus a copy-link button.
Influence: earned, not bought
Write reviews, comment, get votes on your listing, sign in regularly. Influence is earned only. Higher levels give your vote more weight. Check yours at /account/influence.

- Do I need my own live listing to review?
- Yes. Sign in, confirm your email, and have a live listing. You cannot review your own product, and you review each product once.
- What happens if people report a review or comment?
- If 3 different people report it, it hides while our team checks. Reported listings are checked but never hidden automatically.
- How do I see updates from people I follow?
- Follow them with the Follow button. Go to /account/notifications to choose how and how often you're told. All updates also appear at /updates.
- Is there a schedule of Product reviews?
- Yes: /reviews. Community reviews are on each launch.
