Control where notices land
Go to /account/notifications to pick your channel for each notice type: Email, Telegram or Slack. Telegram and Slack each use your own bot or webhook. Then set the cadence: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off.
Quiet hours are optional and apply to chat channels only—not email.
Notices you must receive
Some notices cannot be switched off:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- Listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badge alerts
- Security notices (new-device sign-in, email change)
These always reach you via email to keep your account and launches on track.
Unsubscribe from one notice type
Each notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it to stop that kind of notice without changing your other settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I get notices on Telegram or Slack instead of email?
- Yes. At /account/notifications, pick Telegram or Slack for any notice type. You'll need to set up your own bot or webhook for each channel.
- What if I want notices only once a week?
- Set the cadence to Weekly digest for that notice type. Instant sends right away; Off silences it (except for required notices, which you cannot turn off).
- Do quiet hours work for email?
- No. Quiet hours apply only to Telegram and Slack. Email notices arrive whenever they're triggered.
