Why is my listing held waiting for founder profile?
A listing goes live only once the profile owner's founder profile is complete. Here's what you need to set up.

Profile requirements before launch
Your founder profile at /account/founder must include:
- A photo and one-line photo description
- Full name
- Title or role
- Country
- Short bio (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one personal link (your website or personal social profile, not company pages)
City and a founder story link are optional.
Why your listing is waiting
Your listing is drafted, submitted and paid for—but it will not go live or be scheduled until your founder profile is complete. The listing is not lost. The moment you finish your profile it releases automatically.
If you had paid for a week that has not yet passed, it is kept. If that week has passed, your listing goes live this week (paid) or enters the next free-queue week (free), and you'll be notified.
Adding co-founders
Invite co-founders from the Team section at /account/founder. They appear on the product listing once each has completed their own profile.

- What stops my listing going live?
- A listing cannot go live until the owner's founder profile is complete with photo, name, title, country, bio, and at least one personal link.
- Do I lose my submission or payment?
- No. Your listing stays drafted and ready. As soon as you complete your profile it releases automatically and keeps its paid week (if not passed) or goes live this week.
- When do co-founders show up on my product?
- Invite them from /account/founder's Team section. They appear once their own founder profiles are finished.
