Event producers can sell tickets using PayPal, custom merchant accounts, or Brown Paper Tickets' credit card processing. With PayPal and custom merchant accounts, producers keep a portion of the service fee through the Service Fee Rebate program. With Brown Paper Tickets' processing, payment is sent within ten business days after the event ends.

What ticket delivery options are available?

Brown Paper Tickets offers multiple delivery methods at no additional cost including will-call, print-at-home, mobile tickets, and online access. Premium delivery options are also available such as 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and special international delivery methods, typically with minimal or no markup.

How much does ticketing cost for buyers?

Ticket buyers pay a base fee plus 6.0% of the ticket price. The base fee varies by currency: for example, AU$1.49 for Australian Dollars, €0.99 for Euros, £0.99 for Pound Sterling, and $1.49 for US Dollars. All fees are paid by ticket buyers, not by event producers.

Is seating chart creation available?

Yes, seating chart creation is available for free when setting up an event. If changes are made to the seating chart after tickets have been purchased or reserved, there is a charge per change plus a per-ticket fee for the modifications.
